Team Fortress 2 No Intro

Browse to your game's installation directory, for example:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\hl2\media\

You should see 2 files in there:
  • startupvids.txt
  • valve.bik
Modifying startup.txt doesn't seem to do anything, so you have to delete or rename valve.bik, then you won't see this when you start the game anymore:
