Guide for retail DVD version (Steam version may differ slightly):
Go to your game's installation directory (by default this is C:\Program Files\2K Games\Gearbox Software\Borderlands).
Inside the Borderlands folder, go into WillowGame\Movies\ and delete the following:
2K_logo.bik
Gearbox_logo.bik
NVidia.bik
